*Submit your inquiry by email to: drbeckknives@comcast.net
*Include the item number/knife name, your name, mailing address, phone number, & preferred method of payment
(PayPal, Check, or Postal Money Order). Personal checks may require 3-5 days to clear before shipment. If PayPal is
selected, we will have PayPal send you an invoice. PayPal can process credit card purchases.
*You will receive confirmation within 24-hours to let you know if the item you requested is available & what the total
cost will be with shipping & Sales Tax added (if applicable).
*Knives will be reserved for up to 7-days to permit time for your payment to arrive. Unless other arrangements are
made, after (7) days any unclaimed knives may be offered to the next interested customer.
*Knives are shipped within (2) business days from the date your payment is received (unless a hold period for
personal checks applies). All knives are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with full-value Postal insurance coverage.
You will receive a confirmation on the day we ship along with an estimated delivery date & tracking number.
Note: Insurance coverage ends at the time of delivery, at which time it is the buyers responsibility to secure their
shipment. David R. Beck Knifesmith LLC is not responsible, nor liable for lost/stolen shipments after delivery has been completed by the contracted carrier.
*All knives come with a 5-day money-back satisfaction guaranty & Limited Lifetime Warranty (for the original buyer)
which begins at the time of delivery.
*WE ONLY SHIP TO DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE USA (Including Alaska & Hawaii).
Foreign customers are welcome, but must be able to provide a mailing address & phone number of a recipient within
the USA who will accept responsibility for delivery, & forward the knife to you at their own risk. If shipping service
improves in the future we will change this policy.

As many have been aware, increased operating costs & reduced sales have threatened my business with fear of closure this year. For the first time in years I have had to increase the prices of my knives to meet these financial demands, & have temporarily stopped accepting special work requests until we're able to provide the service commitment our customers deserve.
Our recent offer of a special limited run of the HUNTED version Tracker movie knives for collectors has drawn a lot of customer interest. Should all sales go through once these have been completed for those who reserved their spot in production, I'm now confident the success of this project will generate all the capital needed to recover from this year's losses, re-build my business, & enable me to continue serving our customers for hopefully many more years to come without further worry. I can't express enough thanks to all who have placed their orders.
Although no additional knives are intended to be posted for sale at this time as all my efforts will need to be devoted to the current Tracker knife project, I will try to add a few small knives as able.
Should everything continue as now expected, once the last of the HUNTED Tracker knives are completed & shipped, shortly after January I expect to resume making new knives for sale to list on my web site. I am also strongly considering returning to accept made-to-order knife requests again for some popular models as I believe my customers prefer more of an opportunity to decide which knife models & options they'd like rather than be limited only to what I decide to make for immediate sale.
Some have mentioned that older orders they placed were never made & asked if they will be. We do not currently have any old orders on file. All who responded to our notices regarding starting their orders, or to claim completed knives ready to ship, did have their orders filled. If an order wasn't filled, it's only because a customer didn't reply to our messages, or didn't feel it was important to contact us to inquire about the status of a dormant order. If an order lays dormant for over 12-months with no customer response, that order is then cancelled as we have to assume the knife is no longer wanted. We can only complete orders for those willing to respond to our messages, or update us with new contact info in the event there's a change.

Special collector offer: Model "C" Gen1 Tracker knife from the "HUNTED".
As a final attempt to save our business & hopefully continue making knives for 2025, I have decided to produce a special limited run of the HUNTED version of my Tracker knives for collectors.
This is the same model "C" Tracker knife version I made that was used by Benicio Del Toro in the 2003 Paramount Pictures film the HUNTED.
Reproduced in detail to the exact specs of the movie knife for collectors, these knives are also completely functional. As the original movie knife, these knives will be entirely hand-made & will feature 1/4" thick x 6-1/2" differentially heat treated 01 high carbon steel blades w/hollow-ground draw knife bevels & flat-ground hatchet bevels, self-cleaning staggered saw teeth, non-tapered tang, blued finish, unpolished blk. linen Micarta handle & right-hand blk. molded leather horizontal-carry wolverine scout sheath w/adjustable belt loops.
Being produced as a collectable, I have decided all these knives will receive serial numbers as were the originals. Serial numbers will be stamped with the prefix "H" designating that it's an exact duplicate of the HUNTED movie knife, followed by a number sequence continuing from the last one that was made years ago. This will clearly indicate the knife version, & the matching serial number also listed on the sales invoice you receive will authenticate proof of origin for collectable purposes.
Only a limited number of (18) knives will be produced. This number has been increased to give more people a chance to own one of these last, & rare knives to be made. No additional knives will be added.
Production is now underway & the completion time for individual knives will range from late Oct. through Jan.
This is the last time the HUNTED version of my Tracker knife will ever be made to protect the collectable value of our customer's investments.
For those who were able to place their order, payment in full must be received w/in 7-days from the date you're notified your knife is finished. Due to our current situation, we will not be able to reserve finished knives for an extended period of time.
We ship to USA destinations only. We cannot ship to foreign locations outside of the USA.
